Dr. Misra builds the digital infrastructure that makes ESG real and auditable. His expertise spans GIS, Remote Sensing, AI/ML and web services — applied to Physical Climate Risk, Environmental Monitoring, Water Security, Flood Risk and EIA studies. He builds Decision Support Systems that allow decision-makers to act on ESG risks before they materialise. He transforms satellite observation into the quantitative data ESG frameworks require.

Associate Professor at TERI School of Advanced Studies, Dr. Sarangi has led projects for the World Economic Forum, Research Council of Norway, British Academy, Société Générale Bank and Gold Standard Switzerland.
